Culinary Team

A new and exciting era is approaching for De L’Europe Amsterdam where top culinary appointments were made: Tjaco van Eijken was named Executive Chef De L’Europe, responsible for the brasserie ‘Hoofdstad Brasserie’, lounges, roomservice and the seven private dining rooms; Bas van Kranen was named Executive Chef Bord’Eau Restaurant Gastronomique, to be fully focused on the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, with his newly appointed Executive Sous-Chef Marcel Bonda. As of the 1st of January 2018, the new chefs are ready to continue the previous successes of De L’Europe to become an international and national culinary destination in the heart of Amsterdam.
