Begin your second day with a breakfast-with-a-view at the Hoofdstad Brasserie, then, book one of the private boat tours for the ultimate Amsterdam experience. A drop off can be arranged at Museum Square to start your historical journey to the heralded museums of Amsterdam, such as the Rijksmuseum

Windmills outside of Amsterdam

Day three is a good day to take a trip outside of Amsterdam. Amsterdam has much to offer, but if you’re looking to escape the city, a day trip to National Park de Hoge Veluwe is a great way to connect with nature. A 20-minute drive from Amsterdam brings you to the fisher villages and cheese farms to give you that ultimate country side feeling, in other words, plenty to choose from! Our Clefs d’Or Concierges will be happy to advise you about the possibilities. After your day out, enjoy a Michelin starred dinner at Bord’Eau Restaurant Gastronomique, composed by Executive Chef Bas van Kranen.

Amsterdam is not only a cultural destination, also for shopping you are in the right place! On your 4th day enjoy some leisurely shopping at some of Amsterdam’s finest department stores and boutiques. For luxury shopping the P.C. Hooftstraat or the Bijenkorf is the place to be. If unique boutiques are more to your taste, the 9 Streets are worthwhile.

Day five is already time to say goodbye, time flies when you’re having fun! Enjoy one last breakfast in bed, or take in the view from Hoofdstad Brasserie. If in all your sightseeing you’ve forgotten to buy souvenirs for your friends and family, worry not! In the area around the hotel there are plenty of shops where you can do some last minute shopping, and get that perfect gift.
