Onze Chef Brasserie Marie is verantwoordelijk voor het culinaire element binnen het restaurant concept en het behalen van het commercieel, financieel en operationeel doelgestelde resultaat van de brasserie. Samen met de Restaurant Manager wordt Brasserie Marie als zelfstandig restaurant aangestuurd, van marketing en winstgevendheid tot personeelszaken, materiaal en hygiene. Verticaal ondersteunende afdelingen worden doelgericht betrokken om optimaal te presteren.
Rooted in the Italian Culinary tradition, Trattoria Graziella offer a menu where the dishes are created by selecting the freshest ingredients the season has to give, converted in to simple and genuine recipes from our chef. The service is casual but attentive and of the highest quality, with an emphasis on a steady clientele rather than on haute cuisine. This homely tradition has waned in recent decades and we strive to bring it back, we want our guest to stop and take a break from the frenetic life, to take it slow and appreciate these details that really matters; conversation, good food, friendship and enjoy the moment to listen and understand what your palate is telling you. For our Bord’Eau Restaurant Gastronomique, awarded with one Michelin star, we are looking for an enthusiastic, spontaneous and passionate colleague. In this position you will be responsible for the highest level of attentive service and creating the ultimate guest experience.

It starts with you! In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van individuele kamerreserveringen en het verwerken van reserveringen gemaakt door de sales managers. Daarnaast verstrek informatie en denk je actief mee over de kamerprijzen, promoties en packages.
Tijdens deze Culinary Management Stage assisteer je bij de uitvoering van administratieve taken voor de afdeling Food & Beverage, alsmede het assisteren van de verschillende Food & Beverage outlets met in het bijzonder de keuken bij hun dagelijkse operationele taken.
Met deze stage krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen alle aspecten van de Guest Service afdeling. De combinatie van de verschillende aspecten zorgt ervoor dat je binnen alle disciplines leidinggevende vaardigheden ontwikkelt.
Ben jij de link tussen de Finance afdeling en de operationele afdelingen? Als Finance Stagiair(e) ben je verantwoordelijk voor met name de administratieve uitvoering voor het realiseren van een betrouwbare en waarheidsgetrouwe financiële administratie en verslaglegging. Het is een brede stageplaats met taken op het gebied van crediteuren- en debiteuren administratie en Food & Beverage Cost Controlling.
