Responsibility for delivering high-quality hospitality in the lounge and organizing the high tea experience | Collaborating with and leading our talented team | Ensuring smooth operations within the Lounge Team, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and providing LQA training to the team | Fostering strong collaboration with the kitchen team, service staff, and other relevant departments | Utilizing your professionalism and curiosity to achieve the best results | Working with the Restaurant Manager and our team on the next phase of our lounge, which holds exciting developments on the horizon.

Reports to: Restaurant Manager Brasserie Marie
Salary range: Based on talent and experience, with a minimum salary of €2,800 gross based on 38 hours.
