ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF SALES

    The Associate Director of Sales is responsible for the development and implementaton of the sales & marketing strategy for the American market, with the objective to meet or exceed the revenu goals and maximize the profitability of the hotel according to agreed objectives.

    MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Maintaining existing relations and the acquisition of new relations in the American market | Fulfills market research, applies benchmarketing and is constantly alert on market developments | Negotiate and maintain contracts and tenders with third parties | Contribute with the creation of the annual sales & marketing plan and ensures agreed strategies are implemented accordingly | Presentaing marketing opportunities for the Americas

    REQUIREMENTS

    Excellent knowledge of the American travel trade market place | Relevent work experience in a sales environment | Effective communicator at several levels
