Providing personalized service to guests | Prepare the arrival of guests based on their wishes | Know all the ins and outs in the hotel | Translate guests needs to the relevant department or person | Ensure optimal internal communication | Working together with all the departments | Solving questions and requests on the spot | Make sure that guests have the best experience possible.
the ideal candidate
Familiar with service etiquettes and enjoy being representative | Basic knowledge about gastronomy and F&B service facets | Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language | Creativity & spontaneity | Passion for working in hospitality | Very guest-oriented and a great communicator | Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Nice to have
Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Secondary/Higher Hotel School | Good knowledge of the city of Amsterdam.
