The Butler serves as a key point of contact for our guests throughout their stay. As Butler you have key role in providing the best possible service to the guests of De L’Europe Amsterdam, because in this role you are fully conversant with the services and facilities of the hotel.
Providing personalized service to guests | Prepare the arrival of guests based on their wishes | Know all the ins and outs in the hotel | Translate guests needs to the relevant department or person | Ensure optimal internal communication | Working together with all the departments | Solving questions and requests on the spot | Make sure that guests have the best experience possible.
Familiar with service etiquettes and enjoy being representative | Basic knowledge about gastronomy and F&B service facets | Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language | Creativity & spontaneity | Passion for working in hospitality | Very guest-oriented and a great communicator | Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Secondary/Higher Hotel School | Good knowledge of the city of Amsterdam.
