Who you are

Close collaboration with the kitchen team of Brasserie Marie | Playing a significant role in the daily kitchen operations | Being organized and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your section | Sharing knowledge with the rest of the team | Preparing and executing dishes according to recipes | Placing orders based on the recipes | Implementing new recipes and improvements based on guest preferences.

Nice to have

Demonstrable experience in successfully running a restaurant kitchen | Good knowledge of Amsterdam.

What you bring to Marie

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a culinary environment | Culinary mindset and creativity in finding solutions | Passion for achieving the best results together with the team | Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to do things differently | Fluent in both Dutch and English | Good knowledge of French culinary techniques and menu terminology | Comfortable working in a dynamic environment | Ability to motivate and develop employees | Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

What we offer you

Reports to: Kitchen Chef, Brasserie Marie (Jop Schippers)

Salary range: Based on talent and experience, with a minimum salary of €2,400 gross based on 38 hours over 4 days.
