Your role at De L’Europe
Close cooperation with the kitchen team of Brasserie Marie | Play an important role in the daily kitchen operation | Being organized and ensuring that your department runs smoothly and effectively | Sharing knowledge with the rest of the team | Preparing dishes and carrying out the preparation of those dishes | Create orders based on the recipes | Implement new recipes and improvements based on guests’ wishes
The ideal candidate
At least 3 years of experience within a 5 star environment | culinary thinking level | Creative in coming up with solutions | Passion to work together for the best result | Entrepreneurial mindset | Fluent in Dutch and English | Good knowledge of French trade and menu terms | Comfortable in a dynamic environment | Be able to motivate and develop employees | Eye for detail | You like to do things differently
