Close cooperation with all kitchen team of Brasserie Marie, Restaurant Flore ** and Trattoria Graziella | Play an important role in the daily kitchen operation of the events | Being organized and ensuring that your department runs smoothly and effectively | sharing your knowledge guiding Demi Chefs de Partie | Ensure that the highest level of personal grooming and hygiene is applied.
The ideal candidate
Previous experience at a similar level | Focus on detail to deliver quality and service | Passion for food and drink, high-quality products and ingredients | A team player with good communication skills | Able to work under pressure and deliver results | Organize and order par stock levels | Passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and delivering quality dishes and products.
