CHEF DE PARTIE PATISSIER FLORE

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Chef Patissier you are responsible for implementing the operational kitchen processes in the most efficient way possible | Preparing dishes at the highest culinary level | preparing dishes at the highest culinary level | Performing the preparation of dishes; checking ingredients for quality, freshness, taste, color, etc. | Prepare orders in accordance with the applicable guidelines with regard to the recipe, presentation, preparation methods and the like | Checking and accounting for used quantities of raw materials and / or (semi) manufactures | Adequate storage of products | Cleaning the working environment, equipment and machines; identifying defects to the supervisor, removing waste | Pass on products to be ordered | Assisting with the receipt and storage of delivered products; performing quality control.
