Culinary management intern

During this Culinary Management Internship you will assist in the execution of administrative tasks for the Food & Beverage department, as well as assisting the various Food & Beverage outlets, especially the kitchen, with their daily operational tasks.

Main duties & responsibilities

Weekly kitchen rosters and timesheets

Daily receipt and quality checks of all food deliveries

Daily updating of all HACCP logs and internal auditing and recording of temperatures

Weekly walkthrough in all kitchens and restaurants for pest control

Weekly walkthrough / cleanliness inspection of kitchens and back of house with the stewarding team

Monitor and manage all inventory of porcelain, glass and silverware

Monthly inventory and breakage registration of porcelain, glass, silverware

View and schedule all event orders

Monitor daily inventory and purchase all food orders

Weekly chemical order and quality control

Requirements

Passion for hospitality

Enthusiasm to learn

A team player with good communication skills in Dutch and English

Fluent in Dutch
