CULINARY MANAGEMENT INTERN

    During this Culinary Management Internship you will assist in the execution of administrative tasks for the Food & Beverage department, as well as assisting the various Food & Beverage outlets, especially the kitchen, with their daily operational tasks.

    MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Weekly kitchen rosters and timesheets | Daily receipt and quality checks of all food deliveries | Daily updating of all HACCP logs and internal auditing and recording of temperatures | Weekly walkthrough in all kitchens and restaurants for pest control | Weekly walkthrough / cleanliness inspection of kitchens and back of house with the stewarding team | Monitor and manage all inventory of porcelain, glass and silverware | Monthly inventory and breakage registration of porcelain, glass, silverware | View and schedule all event orders | Monitor daily inventory and purchase all food orders | Weekly chemical order and quality control

    REQUIREMENTS

    Passion for hospitality | Enthusiasm to learn | A team player with good communication skills in Dutch and English | Fluent in Dutch
