For our Brasserie Marie, awarded with a BIB-Gourmand, we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and skillful colleague. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Be part of the inspirational process to create new dishes | Check ingredients for quality, freshness, taste and colour | Prepare orders in accordance with the par stock levels and recipes, presentation, preparation and the methods | Adequate storage of produce | Quality control | Consistency in preparation

REQUIREMENTS

Previous pastry experience or a completed internship in a 5 star environment | Passion for gastronomy | Ambitious | Teamplayer | Excellent communication skills | Adhere to health and safety guidelines | Personal grooming and presentation
