Digital Performance Analyst

As a Digital Performance Analyst at De L’Europe Amsterdam, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our digital performance across various online channels. Working closely with the marketing team and external partners, you’ll gain insights into the effectiveness of our digital strategies and campaigns. Your focus will be on collecting and analyzing data to derive valuable insights that contribute to increasing conversion, improving user experience, and optimizing overall digital performance.

Who you are

Analyze digital performance across channels such as website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising | Identify KPIs and set measurable goals for digital marketing campaigns | Collect, interpret, and present data to uncover trends and insights that enhance digital performance | Advise the marketing team and other stakeholders on potential optimizations and improvements | Monitor competition and market trends in digital marketing | Collaborate with external partners like web developers and media agencies | Enhance digital performance and explore new opportunities.

Nice to have

Passion for luxury hospitality | Previous experience in online marketing for hotels.

What you bring to De L’Europe Amsterdam

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field | Demonstrable experience in analyzing digital performance and using analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics platforms, etc. | Excellent knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO, SEA, social media, and email marketing | Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and recommendations | Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders | A passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of De L’Europe Amsterdam.

Salary range: Based on talent and experience, with a minimum salary of €3,200 (gross, based on 38 hours).
