Director of Sales Americas

The Sales team is expanding! Therefore, we add another Director of Sales for the Americas region to the Sales team of De L’Europe Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll be co-responsible for executing the sales strategy in the Americas region, maximizing opportunities, and analyzing the market to benchmark and follow developments. You’ll support in positioning the brand, services, products, and activities of De L’Europe Amsterdam, while building and maintaining relationships, and assisting in the preparation and execution of the sales plan.

Who you are

5 years+ relevant work experience | HBO+ thinking level | Luxury Sales experience in the Americas region | Creative in coming up with solutions | Passion to work together for the best result | Good analytical ability | Good communication and commercial skills | Fluent in Dutch and English language in word and writing | Comfortable in a dynamic environment | Eye for detail | International sales (and or revenue) experience in the luxury segment.

Nice to have

Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands |  Experience within a 5 star operation | Leadership and /or coaching experience.
