As the F&B Operations Manager at De L’Europe Amsterdam, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage outlets. Your main focus will be on delivering exceptional service, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our renowned establishment.
Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations successfully | Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices | Eye for detail and strong People Manager | Effective leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams | Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills | Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences | Capacity to overlook the general operations and prioritize tasks.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality | Knowledge of Amsterdam’s culinary scene.
Oversee the overall F&B operations, including multiple outlets and events | Ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction | Manage and develop a team of talented F&B professionals | Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences | Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability | Implement and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene | Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range: Based on talent and experience, a gross salary commensurate with a Leadership Team position within De L’Europe Amsterdam (including the LT bonus system).
