Finance Administrator

As a Finance Administrator you are responsible for the administrative handling and control of all F&B outlets. You will also act as a holiday replacement for finance colleagues in other positions.

Main duties & responsibilities

Checking, booking and processing daily stock changes, packing slips and invoices | Report key data to involved departments | Carrying out stock counts (monthly and interim) | Prepare and distribute internal orders | Preparation of various reports | Assisting in the purchasing process (Food/Non-Food)

Requirements

Relevant MBO / HBO education | Work experience in the hospitality industry is a plus | Independent | Flexible | Accurate | Communicative and socially skilled | Decisive | Must be able to speak fluent Dutch
