Guest Relations Officer

Would you create an ultimate guest experience as our Guest Relations Officer? Within the Guest Relations department you will be the person who will have a strong relationship with our guests and the contact person for our VIP guests.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

During the stay of our VIP guests, be proactively in touch with them | Execute the VIP procedure, ensure a smooth communication between the involved departments | Seek for guest related information as birthdays, preferences, special occasions and approach this with a personal touch | Complaint handling | Realise creative and personal VIP amenities

REQUIREMENTS

Strong planning and organisational skills | Excellent communication skills, inclusive of Dutch language | Previous experience in the Front Office department in a luxurious hotel
