Guest Relations Trainee

As a Guest Relations Intern you support our Guest Relations Team in creating an optimal guest experience and building a good relationship with all guests.

Main duties & responsibilities

Welcoming the guests within the hotel and acting as a point of contact for the (VIP) guests | In the absence of the Guest Relations Manager, assist in creating the VIP list and communicate changes to the relevant departments | Maintain guest profiles in Opera in response to VIP lists and compliments/complaints | Meet & Greet with (VIP) guests, escort to the rooms and perform rooming | Host/hostess in the lobby, guiding guest upon entry | Thinking along and proposing actions to bring guest satisfaction to an even higher level

Requirements

Excellent command of Dutch and English language | Some experience in a 5 * hotel is desired | Working guest oriented | Good social skills
