As a Guest Service Agent you are the central point of contact for all our hotel guests to ensure that their stay at De L’Europe is great. As a Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for giving guests an optimal experience.

Exceeding guest expectations and experiences by responding to the wishes of our guests, solicited or unsolicited | Providing information about hotel facilities, tourist activities, the environment, restaurants, theaters, etc. | Taking care of all possible service-oriented requests | Execute and process payments and ensure upselling depending on the wishes of the guest | Ensure good communication with other departments such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage.
Good planning and organizational skills | Sense of tact, empathy and social skills | A team player with good communication skills | Good command of the English and Dutch language | Able to work carefully and accurately | Experience with Opera is an advantage.
Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Secondary/Higher Hotel School | Good knowledge of the city of Amsterdam.
