Guest Service Agent

Main duties & responsibilities

Providing personal service and providing information to guests | Exceeding guest expectations and experiences by responding to the wishes of our guests, solicited or unsolicited | Providing information about hotel facilities, tourist activities, the environment, restaurants, theaters, etc. | Taking care of of all possible service-oriented requests | Executing and processing payments and taking care of upselling depending on the wishes of the guest | Ensuring good communication with other departments such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage

Requirements

Good planning and organizational skills | Sense of tact, empathy and social skills | A team player with good communication skills | Good command of the English language | Ability to work carefully and accurately | Experience with Opera is an advantage | Communication in Dutch required
