Guest Services Management Internship

During our Guest Services Management internship, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself within all aspects within our department. The combination of the different aspects ensures that you will develop leadership skills within all disciplines and that within the best Guest Services Team.

Your role at De L’Europe

During your internship you will provide information about our hotel facilities, tourist activities, the environment, restaurants, theatres, etc. | Receiving, answering, checking-in and check-out of the guest | Co-responsible for coordinating activities in the department in the absence of the manager | Receiving complaints and solving them yourself if possible

The ideal candidate

Our ideal intern is good at planning and organizing | Has good communication skills | Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written | Likes to work goal-oriented and accurate
