Guest Services Supervisor

As Guest Services Supervisor at De L’Europe (The HEINEKEN Company) you are responsible for supporting the Guest Services Manager and during the shift in managing the Guest Services operatiom. Within this department, optimizing guest satisfaction is central. In addition to the fact that it is your job to introduce guests to Original Amsterdam Luxury, you coordinate the work and ensure that the best result can be achieved as efficiently as possible.

Who you are

At least 5 years of experience in Guest Services (Front Desk) | Good planning and organizational skills | Sense of tact, empathy and social skills | A team player with good communication skills | Good command of the English and Dutch language | Able to work carefully and accurately | Comfortable in a dynamic environment | Eye for detail | You like to do things differently | Experience with Opera is an advantage.

Nice to have

Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Secondary/Higher Hotel School | Good knowledge of the city of Amsterdam.

What you’ll bring to De L’Europe

Welcoming the guests within the hotel and acting as a point of contact for the guests and the team | Coaching, Training and training of staff |  Check-in and check-out of guests |  Take every opportunity to exceed guest satisfaction | Acting in the event of calamities and taking measures |  During shift also responsible as Manager on Duty | Maintaining good contacts with tour operators, airlines, restaurants, theaters, shops etc.

Pay range: Based on talent and experience minimum salary of €2.700,- (gross, based on 38 hours).
