Junior Sous Chef Bord’Eau

    For our Michelin starred Bord’Eau Restaurant Gastronomique, we are looking for an enthusiastic, spontaneous and passionate Junior Sous Chef. Bord’Eau is one of the top restaurants in Amsterdam. With a light, fresh kitchen and a menu full of sparkling taste sensations and recognisable dishes, the team ensures a unique experience for every guest.

    MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Controlling the entire operational process in the Bord’Eau kitchen | Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef | Partly responsible for the guidance of the employees in the different parties, to ensure the highest culinary level in the most efficient way possible and thus create an ultimate guest experience

    REQUIREMENTS

    2 to 3 years experience in a Chef de Partie role | Experience in several Michelin starred restaurants | Able to motivate and develop employees
