MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train and coach the service team | Regular communication with the Executive Chef | Interaction with guests and ensuring a smooth operation and service, where visibility on the floor is a must | Pick up on commercial opportunities and propose revenu improvement strategy to the Director of Food & Beverage, mainly focused on number of guests and average check | Suggest and recommend wine and menu choices based on guest feedback to the Director of Food & Beverage

By means of regular collaboration with the Executive Chef and picking up on commercial opportunities you will optimise the financial results. Ability to work in a luxury, 5 star environment | Be a leader with great communication skills | Able to train and coach all staff | Inspirational motivator | Guest focused and eye for results and leadership | Minimum of three years previous experience as Maître or Restaurant Manager | Fluency in spoken Dutch and English, preferably with a third language
