Management Assistant

The team of Hotel De L’Europe is looking for an experienced Management Assistant with a flexible, social attitude and an eye for detail. The Management Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Managing Director and the Management Team of Hotel De L’Europe. You are comfortable in a five-star hotel environment and you understand how important hospitality and perfect service are. You support the Managing Director in managing his agenda and you know what is needed for which appointment. You maintain contact with both external and internal stakeholders and help the Management Team in preparing meetings, taking minutes, collecting information and applying structure. You also support other departments with projects or on an ad hoc basis.

Main duties & responsibilities

Personal Assistant for the Managing Director | Agenda management | Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders | Management Assistant for the Leadership Team | Preparing, taking minutes and structuring meetings | Organizing (online) meetings and events in the hotel | Creating and optimizing the ultimate guest experience


Experience in a similar hotel environment | Experience as a personal and/or team assistant | Ability to work goal-oriented and accurate | Decisive| Communicative and social skills | Flexible setup | Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
