Your role at De L’Europe
Managing all service activities that take place in the Bars and Lounge | Identifying commercial opportunities and applying improvements | Controlling, managing and ensuring efficient purchasing | Take every opportunity to exceed guest satisfaction | Ensuring professional working relationships and open communication | Induction, training and coaching of staff | During shift also responsible as Manager on Duty | Ensuring a working environment that promotes team spirit | Maintaining good contacts within the F&B outlets and outside the organization
The ideal candidate
At least 8 years Food & Beverage, of which 3 years specifically Bars, experience within a 5-star environment | HBO (+) thinking level | Creative in coming up with solutions | Passion to go for the best result together | Entrepreneurial mindset | Fluent in Dutch and English language in speech and writing | Outgoing and able to carry on conversations at all levels | Comfortable in a dynamic environment | Eye for detail | You like to do things differently
Nice to have
Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Secondary/Higher Hotel School | Good knowledge of the city of Amsterdam
