As Operational Manager Events & In-Room Dining you are responsible for leading the operational processes in our various event rooms (period rooms) and the In-Room Dining service. Together with your team, you strive to exceed the expectations of our guests and create an unforgettable experience.
Leading the In-Room Dining & Events team | Identifying commercial opportunities and applying improvements | Seizing every opportunity to surpass guest satisfaction | Ensuring professional working relationships and open communication | Onboarding, training and coaching staff | During shift also responsible as Manager on Duty | Ensuring a working environment where team spirit is fostering | Maintaining good contacts within the F&B outlets and outside the organization.
Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Secondary/Higher Hotel School | Good knowledge of French subject and menu terms | Good knowledge of the city of Amsterdam.
At least 2 years of Food & Beverage (Events) Management experience within a 5 star environment | MBO (+) thinking level | Creative in coming up with solutions | Passion to go for the best result together | Fluent in Dutch and English spoken and written | Extroverted and able to have conversations at all levels | Comfortable in a dynamic environment | Eye for detail | You like to do things differently.

Salary range: Based on talent and experience, a competitive gross salary suitable for a Leadership Team position within De L’Europe Amsterdam (including LT bonus system).
