As a Recruiter at De L’Europe you are fully responsible for the entire recruitment process of our F&B Outlets (Flore, Marie, Trattoria Graziella and Freddy’s). In addition, you play a role in managing our flex pool in collaboration with our external suppliers when our F&B teams need extra team members when we host events. You are also responsible for our campus recruitment which means you will work with schools and training institutes to increase our employer branding among students.

Main duties & responsibilities

Carrying out the entire recruitment process, including drafting vacancy texts, inviting potential candidates, conducting job interviews and making offers | Proactively approach candidates and build talent pipelines | Responsible for Campus Recruitment | Collaborate and manage our external suppliers (flex pool)


2-5 years of experience as a Recruiter (agency side or corporate recruitment) | Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus | Minimum HBO work and thinking level | Positive and energetic appearance | Enthusiastic | Decisive | Good command of the Dutch and English language
