RESERVATIONS AGENT

It starts with you! As our Reservations Agent, you are the first contact person for our guests when they want to make a room reservation. You are trying to give our guests the ultimate guest experience. During a working day, you will receive various requests that need to be handled with utmost care.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Taking room reservations via Phone, email, PMS system and our Sales team | Responding to opportunities, wishes and the needs of guests, to achieve the best possible room yield and occupancy | Coordinating the pricing strategy together with the Director of Revenu | Complaint handling

REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills | Dutch speaking | Be a team player with good communication skills | A Multi-tasker who is able to work carefully and accurately | Affinity with the hospitality industry | Knowledge of PMS is a advantage
