RESTAURANT MANAGER TRATTORIA

Our new to open Trattoria will serve simple, but authentic Italian dishes of high quality. The capacity of the Trattoria consists of 60 seats and will be open for lunch and dinner, from Tuesday until Saturday. We are looking for someone who is currently working as a (Assistant) Restaurant Manager in a similar restaurant and ready for the next step. Who has the ability to develop and motivate employees and is familiar with the Italian kitchen.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the entire operational department of our Trattoria | Deliver efficient service to all our guests | Supporting training and development within the Trattoria team

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a similar environment | Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach, in English and preferably Italian | Prospective, hands-on and a proactive attitude | Inspiring leader with a passion to deliver the ultimate guest experience
