Your task at Flore **
Responsible for carrying out the operational kitchen processes in the most efficient way possible | Preparing patisserie and desserts at the highest culinary level | Carrying out the preparation of dishes; check ingredients for quality, freshness, taste, colour, etc. | Pass on orders according to the applicable guidelines with regard to the recipe, presentation, preparation methods, etc. | Checking and justifying consumed quantities of raw materials and/or (semi)manufacturers | Cleaning of the working environment, equipment and machines; signaling defects to the boss, disposing of waste.
