Serving appropriate wines with the dishes and sharing your knowledge in the field of wine | Optimizing the wine list in collaboration with the sommelier | Manage your own section in the restaurant and contribute to creating a unique experience for our guests | You always strive to improve our service together with the team | Providing correct information and advice about food-drink combinations, wines, etc. | You supervise interns during their time at Brasserie Marie
The ideal candidate
Passion for working in hospitality | Previous experience within the restaurant/hospitality industry | Has knowledge of wines & gastronomy | Previous experience in a similar restaurant | You are stress resistant and know how to motivate and encourage your team with your own enthusiasm | Good communication skills | A team player with an eye for detail | Proud to deliver an excellent product
