As sous chef in Brasserie Marie you are co-responsible for managing the entire operational process for the kitchen of the restaurant. You support the Chef of Brasserie Marie on a daily basis and manage the team. Together with the service team, Brasserie Marie is managed as an independent concept within our hotel. Everyone is welcome and everything is possible! Locals who want to enjoy the famous French Cuisine, to guests who want to enjoy a well-deserved meal after their long flight. From marketing and profitability to human resources, material and hygiene for all these processes, you are jointly responsible.
