As the Sous Chef of Events & In-Room Dining at De L’Europe, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our events and in-room dining experiences. You’ll work closely with the kitchen teams of our three restaurants – Brasserie Marie, Restaurant Flore **, and Trattoria Graziella – to create and deliver exceptional culinary offerings that delight our guests.

Your role at de l’Europe

Coordinating the preparation of the dishes and thereby carrying out the quality control | Devising, proposing and processing new recipes, in consultation with the Chef | Managing the team in the various parties | Ensuring professional working relationships, open communication | Optimizing the culinary possibilities

Pay range

Based on talent and experience minimum salary of €3.000,- (gross, based on 38 hours).

A culinary professional with extensive experience in creating exceptional dishes | Passionate about food and able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment | Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation | A team player with excellent communication skills who can collaborate effectively with team members and management | Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality products and services | Able to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have

Experience working in a luxury hospitality environment | Experience in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
