Sous Chef – Trattoria Graziella
Together with Chef di Cucina, Arturo Casini, the Sous Chef is responsible for the entire culinary element within the Trattoria and rolling out the concept and executing the entire commercial, financial and operational goal that has been set for Graziella. Together with the Restaurant Manager and the all-Italian team, Trattoria Graziella is managed as an independent concept within our hotel. Everyone is welcome and everything is possible! Graziella is already called “the best Italian in Amsterdam” by many Locals.
