STEWARD

    A Steward within De L’Europe supports the Back of House and the Food & Beverage team to deliver an excellent guest experience. You would be responsible for the cleaning of equipment and pottery, ensuring back of house areas are clean and safety guidelines are observed.

    MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards| Carry out general cleaning as directed| Use of correct waste containers and ensuring bin area is kept clean and tidy | Ensure sanitation and equipment in all areas is clean and in good shape | Take care that all Food & Beverage outlets, kitchens and corridors are Always cleared away and tidy | Report any maintenance and, or, hazard issues.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Positive attitude | Dutch and/or English speaking | Flexibility | Knowledge of HACCP
