Steward

The steward is responsible for all clean-up and cleaning work. The steward washes off and prepares crockery, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen materials for use. He/she uses (as a rule) an automatic washing/rinsing machine, but also performs manual work (e.g., rinsing, polishing). Our hotel is in good hands with you. You also have an eye for detail and cleanliness.

YOUR ROLE AT DE L’EUROPE

Keeping the kitchen clean, cleaning floors / Walls / Equipment, disposals, and waste, etc. | Sorting and removal of dirty crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc. | Controlling OS&E, controlling the quality and quantity of stocks | Organizing the basement in collaboration with the stewarding| Ensuring and guaranteeing the cleaning quality of stewarding | Set up and maintain a cleaning schedule.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

MBO level + 1 | Knowledge of HACCP | Computer skills with Word and Excel | Mastering Dutch and English language | Proactive | Structured | Flexible.
