MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards| Carry out general cleaning as directed| Use of correct waste containers and ensuring bin area is kept clean and tidy | Ensure sanitation and equipment in all areas is clean and in good shape | Take care that all Food & Beverage outlets, kitchens and corridors are Always cleared away and tidy | Report any maintenance and, or, hazard issues.
Positive attitude | Dutch and/or English speaking | Flexibility | Knowledge of HACCP
