Events Supervisor

For all events that are organized within De L’Europe Amsterdam, we are looking for someone who is driven and optimistic and wants to give all guests the best experience. It is your job to carry out every event down to the last detail together with the flexible team. In this position, you are responsible for everything that goes on during your event.

Your role at De L’Europe

Responsible for the smooth running of all events that take place within De L’Europe | During the event, remain in constant contact with the guests to make sure all expectations are exceeded | Strive to improve the service together with the team | Make sure you know the exact requests for every event | Ensure that guests have the best possible experience and know how to respond to their wishes | Ensure efficient communication between Sales (office) and the operational departments (kitchen & service).

The ideal candidate

Exceptional organizational and communication skills | Passion for the hospitality industry, especially Food & Beverage and Events | Previous experience in the execution of events | You are stress resistant and know how to motivate and encourage the team with your enthusiasm | Good communication skills | A team player with an eye for detail | Proud to deliver an excellent product.

Nice to have

Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Secondary/Higher Hotel School | Good knowledge of wines and menu terms | Good command of the Dutch and English language | Good knowledge of the city of Amsterdam.
