Bij aankomst kan er een pre-autorisatie op de kaart worden uitgevoerd voor kamerkosten en incidentele kosten, met een maximum van 450 euro. Als je contant betaalt bij aankomst, moet je ook een borg betalen van de kamerovernachtingen plus 150 euro per nacht (tot 450 euro). Het ongebruikte deel van de aanbetaling wordt bij het uitchecken terugbetaald. Contant geld en de belangrijkste creditcards worden geaccepteerd. Vanaf Amsterdam Centraal Station is de handigste manier om de gloednieuwe Noord-Zuidmetrolijn (nr. 52, halte: Rokin) of tram 4 &amp; 24 (halte: Muntplein) te nemen.
