– The room upgrade, early check-in (before 12 PM) and late check-out are all subject to availability at the time of arrival.
– Separate bookings which are back-to-back (consecutive nights) will be considered as one stay.
– The listed benefits are only applicable on public rates and do not apply on any contracted and negotiated rates.
