We provide access to all our public spaces, including the lobby, Restaurant Flore, Brasserie Marie, Trattoria Graziella, Chapter 1896, Freddys Bar, meeting & event spaces, and our restrooms. Elevators and accessible entrances are available throughout the property. We also offer adapted hotel rooms designed to accommodate guests with specific accessibility needs. Our team is able to support guests with varying requirements and will gladly assist with any specific requests.

To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask guests requiring specific arrangements to notify us ahead of their arrival. This allows our teams to make the necessary preparations to accommodate your needs.

Digital Accessibility
We are dedicated to making all our digital platforms—including our hotel and restaurant websites—accessible to all people. A comprehensive accessibility scan has recently been completed across our websites, and we are currently implementing and identifying the necessary improvements to meet international accessibility standards.

To ensure our websites meet high accessibility standards, we are working closely with trusted external partners. These collaborations help us identify areas for improvement and guide the technical development of a more inclusive digital experience.
