For restaurant Flore we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and skillful colleague. In this position you will be responsible for the highest level of attentive service and creating the ultimate guest experience.

Main duties & responsibilities

Managing your own section in the restaurant and contribute to providing an unique experience for our guests

You always strive, together with the team, to improve our service

You will guide trainees during their time at Flore

Preparing and supplementing working materials and products

Requirements

Passion for working within the hospitality industry, especially the Food & Beverage department

Previous experience within a similar restaurant

You are stress resistant and know how to motivate your team and encourage them with your own passion for gastronomy

Excellent communication skills

Be a teamplayer

Eye for detail
