Creating unique food and beverage pairings | Sparring with the kitchen team about suitable combinations | Serving appropriate drinks with the dishes and sharing your knowledge in the field of wines and other beverages | Managing your own section in the restaurant and contributing to creating a unique experience for our guests | Liaise with suppliers | Always striving for the best possible result | You guide the team and share your knowledge | Co-responsible for a wine cellar with more than 1000 labels and appointed in the Wine Spectator.
The ideal candidate
Passie for working in the hospitality | Previous MICHELIN experience | Demonstrable and relevant wine knowledge (minimum WSET 3) | Specialized in European wines | Affection with Biodynamic wines | Always up to date with the latest developments in the wine world | Top athletes mentality | You are stress resistant and know how to motivate and encourage your team with your own enthusiasm | Good communication skills | A team player with an eye for detail | Proud to deliver an excellent product.
